West Coast Hunting
Our fishing and hunting lodge offers prime access to hunting grounds for hunting enthusiasts. Access to hunting grounds, whether by helicopter or by foot can be arranged for you by the lodge and individual itineraries arranged. In the central Westland environment, you and your guide can pursue:

West Coast Fishing
Fishing is also a very popular activity with guests of Woodland Glen fishing and hunting lodge. Again, access to fishing locations can be arranged by helicopter or by road. Local fishing guides who know all the ‘best spots’ can also be booked and they will help guide you and your party to some of the best fishing areas on the West Coast. The beautiful lakes, rivers and creeks in this area abound with rainbow and brown trout
The fishing season starts on October 1st and runs through to April 30th, although some lakes and non-spawning creeks can be fished all year.
